Noticed a section of the Gila River that seemed worth looking at before it gets too hot and I was pretty sure access was legal.

I drove a little closer than I thought I could then enjoyed a few hours just walking around finding petroglyphs. Nothing as spectacular as the best ones along the ancient river but there was plenty to see and keep it interesting.
