I was wanting to hike up to the East Pocket LO so I decided to do this hike.

It was a steep climb up, but with all the switchbacks it was a nice hike. The upper part of the trail was a bit overgrown and there was some deadfall up at the top once the trail leveled out a bit.

This was a good hike and I will probably do it again sometime. I would not want to do this one in hot weather though.
