I had been thinking of doing this hike for a while, and with the nice weather today I figured that there is no time like the present to do the hike.

I did a double lasso loop, and did the lasso CW.

There is nothing really remarkable about this hike, but it turned out to be a good exercise hike with not many people on the trails. There weren't even many people around Tom's Thumb.

We had some rain and wind last night, and the air was really clear today, which made for some nice views along the hike.

Wildflowers Observation Isolated
I saw a couple of chuparosa blooming, but that was about it. With the recent rains this month, hopefully things are setting up for a good spring wildflower season in the McDowells.
