We drove to the power line parking area between mm 207 and 208 to begin our hike. After hiking the trail down to First Water, we crossed into the wash that leads up to the Ridgeline. We built a cairn there after reaching a great view of the lake on a high point. After that worked our way up the ridgeline to our high point lunch spot, then moved to our downhill portion of the loop. We had cairned that area last Friday after a hike to the First Water Ridgeline. We closed our loop at the point of the wash about 100 yards from the First Water creek where we had come down. A fun hike that our gang of 5 enjoyed very much.

no wildflowers, but recent rain gives us hopes of a flowering spring.
