Route 
. At the end of one of the switchbacks going up to Goat Hill is a pair of black jockey underwear , pretty sure it was there in early November also. Concluded it was easier for the park service to remove the tree. I trudged on uneventfully to Pyramid trail to complete the loop ,after being disappointed at missing the Christmas Tree.
