Had to get the mail. Well, actually, I had an 8 1/2 mile hike planned but Tibberlocks doesn't like to hike in windy conditions if it's not necessary. So I opted for the Hood Walk; it was still windy but mostly protected from the homes.

Sky was fabulous today. The 'hood little boys were out; what a terror they are :lol: . Had to do an extra lap for the mailman to finish loading the boxes.

WATCH: 118 avg bpm, 134 max almost all at Zone 2 Weight Control burning 353 calories taking 7,626 steps. Avg cadence 123, max 133. Starting temp 68 and 12% humidity.
