Since the forecast wasn't quite accurate timing wise and since my neighbor's birthday party time got changed, I ended up doing a VERY humid :sweat: walk around the 'hood. I did my 4 laps but after my first one, I stopped to talk to one of the old 'hood timers as she has a For Sale sign up. We both moved into our new homes in Aug/Sept 1997.

Had two laps under 17 minute laps so that was good.

WATCH 114 avg bpm, max 128 with 3% at Zone 4, 91% at Zone 3 aerobic and the rest at Zone 2 burning 225 calories in 4753 steps. Avg cadence 123, max 133. Starting temp 68 and 85% :o humidity finishing at 6:10PM.

Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled.
