Two vehicles in the lot, one familiar, when I arrived. 0610 start on a pleasant morning. Headed out in CCW direction. Saw Wally cruising by the other way near Parker Pass. He was out for his usual. I was hoping for 9 before 9:30, but did much better coming in at 0906, probably the fastest I've been around that loop.

I don't remember many hikes that I've been on in June from FW trailhead. In fact, I don't remember any. Our most pleasant lead in to summer is about to end, though.

Gorgeous morning, but getting warm at the finish.
