Nice and cool this morning. Perfect for a nice long hike, yet I still managed to get started after 9am and finish in the warm sun.

Very dry. The only green out there seems to be catclaw and Holly. It’s not terrible, but wear long sleeves and long pants.

I saw three people and a beautiful Husky finishing up on Bluff Springs as I was starting out. I had the loop all to myself after the first mile.
