| no partners | | July 29. Taking my time posting up some hikes. From previous triplogs, looks like I hadn't been up here since Covid summer, 3 years ago. I hiked with a friend from work, and she brought along another gal, plus the two dogs. We had a really nice time. We weren't in any particular hurry, so we had time to sit by the pond while Finley, the big dog, swam and scared a poor duck half to death. He had no interest in chasing her, however, just wanted to cool off. We didn't walk over to the summit towers. No point in that as there is no view. |
