Awesome day to a place that’s long been on the list and a extra bonus to be able coordinate schedules to link up with Joel and Jon again.
We were one out of I believe five groups which was on a Friday so as everyone knows this canyon sees plenty of human activity but it’s still special to see and experience nonetheless.
I didn’t do anything technical and stayed dry above my waist with a lot of climbing in and out of the canyon and traversing but needless to say I didn’t even began to see the real “goods” of this mighty catherdral of water and rock but will have to return for a full descent with a group one day to see all of its wondrous splendors.
