I had originally intended to do this hike in March, but it snowed a bit the day before I had planned to go, so I decided to put this one of for a few weeks.

This was a nice hike, although it was a bit warmer than I would have preferred. We left early, and the hike was a good one all the way to Hell's Gate. The water flow was pretty good down there, and the pool there was fine for swimming if you didn't mind the water being a bit cold. If someone wanted to you could have waded up Haigler Creek.

The hike out was a good uphill climb for a bit, which was a good workout on a warm day. On the way back we met a few people on the trail -- people are heading to the forest on the weekends.
