My daughter asked me for a hike to do with her baby and I was racking my brain til I saw the post from @thirstylizard a few days ago recommending "a nice solid Arizona experience" by combining this easy canyon walk and a follow up at Boyce Thompson Arboretum in the afternoon. It sounded right and right it was.

Inspired by thirstylizard's nice pictures I dusted off my superzoom camera with the thought I might take some wildlife shots. Well, at least I found the camera still works even though I'm not much of a photographer (and left it in the car for BTA). Still a good day and pleasant temperatures in Superior on this 92deg Phoenix day.
