With the holiday that I've turned into a 4 day weekend, I wanted to go do a hike, but didn't want to make a big deal or drive far. A quick drive up to McDowell Mtn Park seemed like the best way to go. Did a loop from the main staging area, Pemberton/Bluff/Granite. Nothing special or crazy, nice morning getting some exercise early in the sunny and cool weather. Looks like there was a setup for some kind of foot race, but it didn't seem too busy or crowded. Maybe it was for later this weekend.
