| no partners | | | No Steeler game this Sunday, so it was time for another family hike. They've been gettign tired of the hikes with the big climbs, so I decided to take them on the Meridian Mystery Trail, which only has a couple short climbs. We started from the Meridian Trailhead and headed east on the trail. At the split we took the upper trail, then when we got back down at the bottom of the loop, we headed east more until we got just short of the saddle and then headed back, taking the lower trail. Saw a few other hikers and bikers, not too busy. Weather was cool and breezy until the last half hour, but still never really warm. Very nice morning doing a quick hike getting in some family time. Hit lunch afterwards and headed home. |
