A hike on the Super Trail in Madera Canyon to see how I would do and feel. Not bad, no pain and better stamina than I thought I would have. I had planned on getting to Josephine Saddle then returning on the Old Baldy Trail, but when I got to the turnoff for Rogers Rock, I realized I should turn back there. Good call, as hiking in the mid day heat given my condition level wouldn't be too smart. Rain please.
