I got an invitation to look around for petroglyphs up near Winslow.

It was a windy day but we had a good time walking near the Little Colorado River in "Kachina territory". Glyphs were a little sparser than expected until we happened on to a mesa top which was just loaded with them. (I need to thank my partner for spotting clues to get us there...I'd already walked past that spot once.)

We were also lucky enough to see a couple pretty wild horses gallop by.
