One of my new friends on the Camino. Mia was the youngest as she had a slight sight disability so even only being in the 40s, RS had no problem bringing her along. She only had problems on ruffled terrain so sometimes she needed some guidance.
As you can see, Autumn was falling across the countryside. We couldn't have had a better day for this hike. Initially we were on the pavement until we got to the farmhouse and then the terrain would change to a trail.
Looking SSE behind Mia: Picu Putracón
Picu Putracón (often referred to as Alto Putracón or El Putracón) is a striking 1,909-meter(6,263 feet) mountain peak located in the Somiedo Natural Park in Asturias, Northern Spain, right along the border with the province of León. It is a prominent feature of the scenic Sierra del Rebezu mountain ridge.
