Met up with Denny again to basically do a repeat of last Wednesday's hike. We went up Marcos de Niza, then Guadalupe Ridge. A little warmer than last week, I ditched the gloves within a few minutes of starting. Headed back east on National, then through Hidden Valley. From Hidden Valley, we took the wash back down, this time without detouring around the dry falls. We stayed just to the right (south) of them, and Denny was able to find a good route through the boulders. We headed over to the falls a few times to get pictures, then continued working our way down. I like this way much better than detouring so far to the south. After we finished with the wash, it was a quick road walk back down to the trailhead. Nice morning, and thanks for the company, Denny!
