Got started from the Pima Canyon trailhead with Greg around 0800. Large police presence at the trailhead, but I’m not really sure where/what they were focused on.

Headed up the road, then up Mormon Loop. Took National up to Fat Mans Pass and down Hidden Valley. We opted to stay in the wash the rest of the way down so Greg could see the large Bursera tree, plus the wash is more fun than National. Finished up on the road.

Beautiful weather and temps. Not a whole lot of people out for a Friday morning. Good to see Greg again, and happy early birthday to Cathy!
