| no partners | | Continuing my revisit of the West Valley hikes I did when I lived in the West Valley. This was a go to area since I could walk to it. It's been 13 years since I've hiked here.
I started at the 67th Avenue TH, hiking a CCW loop hitting Peak 1682, 1862 and lastly 1831. The last 2 are my favorites, for the tread, flora and views.
The major flora players were brittlebush (they were going crazy), globemallow (Extreme in pockets) and the stinky globe chamomile. There were a smattering of other players in spots also.
The breeze that kicked up made for pleasant hiking weather. |
