Peak 7781

This peak was the furthest away from my starting point. At the junction of the Canada del Oro trail #4 and the Samaniego Ridge trail #7, we stayed on the Samaniego Ridge trail which continued along the saddle and took us higher and along the East side of Peak 7781. When we close to the summit, we got off the trail and took a use trail to the summit. There seemed to be a series of different use trails near the top. We saw a large boulder which seemed to be a high point. We were able to climb onto this boulder. From the top we were above all of the bushes and had a nice view of the entire area around us.
We didn't see a registry at the high point, so I left a jar near the high point in the shade. This peak was our turn-around point. It only took about 5 minutes to get back to the main trail, which we took back toward the top of Mt Lemmon.
