Ended up that this was my 4th major summit of an Estrella Range Peak this year; Quartz and both Montezuma Peaks done earlier this year. The 3rd time up here is getting stale, nothing new, and the route got easier. The other off trail hikes were more interesting. New usually is. So much water around, in the air, it's like south Georgia. Also, some large pools and trickling areas in the middle canyon.

Next time I drive out here, I'm finally hiking to Butterfly Peak.
