| partners | | I got invited to do this hike on 2/7 but I'll be coaching that day. It was also a group of 14 going and I'm not into that wilderness orgy scene.
Anyways, I really didn't know anything about this hike but figured it was a new peak . I invited Chums only because he haz a 4wd truck . The drive in wasn't too bad and we headed up in cool temps.
My first time hiking in the area and as we were heading up, I was thinking...I want to do that...and that...and that. The ravine up was nice and steep and the views looking back down were sweet.
The top was filled with lots of equipment and cameras and one fan that was working hard. The other fans were either union or just plain lazy. The views from up top were exceptional and because of the air quality we could see a long ways. Summit brew was tasty.
On the way down, we saw a chipmunk...some lizards...and some bees.
Fun hike |
