Dome Mountain and South Dome from the Idaho Trailhead. 2016 was the last time up Dome so this trip was overdue. Great hike. The Dome Mountain hike is getting more popular as we saw 4 other groups at different times making the climb up, along with the litter and stupid painted arrows that seem to show up when not to smart people invade. Passed a group of 4 during the steeper climb up Dome, signed the register, and then made our way over to South Dome. Really enjoyed the hike and climb up South Dome, signed the register, took in the great cloudy views, then hiked back down to the saddle between the two Domes and had our snack. Hiked back up and then down Dome Mountain and completed the Bulldog Canyon Loop back to Idaho. Come on rain.
