| no partners | | Great day. Got someone to swap my volunteer shift at the care home ( my mom is almost 101 and I do some volunteer work at her place; to keep an eye on her and to help out. I try to take it seriously and not blow off my obligation just because I am not paid). Went on down and sure enough more water flow from the storm a few days ago. Someone bravely piloted a Tesla pretty far down but parked before a wall to wall pool that could not be avoided.
I bravely splashed thru cowed up water in my chacos to take pictures. The White Poppies and the flowers in general just incredible. Getting weedy but just glorious and nice temps. Driving out spotted the Tesla hikers with a large pure white standard poodle. I was courteous and did not splash them but had the itch to turn the dog brown.
Must be election year, lots of border patrol and the checkpoint which has been closed well over a year is open again. All the agents told me they liked the Jeep, wonder if it had to do with my new bumper sticker. |
