| no partners | | | I had the day off but was feeling lazy so I decided to dream about hiking the Supes. This way there would be no limits to what I might find. To enhance the effect I got this new app that would download images from my dream and put them in pixels. The dream starts out with me driving the trail head, hiking down a trail with rocks, bushes, catclaw just normal Supes terrain. I finally leave the trail and hike down a dry creek then turn up a side canyon. I get off course and crash through some brush and stumble on to an old mine. The adit is filled in not much to see. While hiking down the mine dump I see some ore cart rails then an old ore cart. That was cool but as dreams go the next thing I know I was searching for cliff dwellings. The first few spot were duds then I spotted 3 caves on a ledge. Sounds scary but this is a dream so I'm not going to fall. There were pot sherds,fire sign, a metate and a partial wall and hey the last cave has a back door. The last thing I see is an arch that looks like it should fall apart but doesn't. Ok not as exciting as I hoped but better than my average hike so I'll take it. The pixels came out okay so I'll just have to work on improving my imagination of what may be out there. |
