I was looking for an exercise hike close to home, and decided to hike from the Lost Dog Wash TH to Peak 3098, aka the West View Overlook, in the Fountain Hills Preserve and back.

This is not a real exciting hike, but it beats getting a sharp stick in the eye. This is the first time in a while that I did an entire hike on a nice well groomed trail. I'm sure that I will be back in the Goldfields before long and get back to getting poked, scratched, scraped, stuck, bloodied, battered, and bruised while on a hike!
