Second Water Trail #236

The USFS website has Second Water & Black Mesa trails listed as open so I wanted to hike down them for a look. Same old scorched earth but some saguaros look to be okay. I saw one riled up diamondback. He decided to strike at me but I was at least a foot out of range so that seemed odd. I don't know for sure but it seemed as thought it wanted me to back up so it could cross the trail which is what it did. The temps were nice and I didn't see anyone else. There were 3 other cars at the Needle Vista lot when I returned but a least 8 parked near the First Water road entrance.
