| no partners | | | #39 of 50 hikes. This portion of the The Mormon Pioneer Trail is located past Emigration Canyon in East Canyon by Mountain Dell Reservoir. It was a smooth, easy trail and got steeper the farther you hiked. I stopped about 5.5 miles in and turned around. The beginning of the trail at the reservoir wasn't clearly marked (and yet it was??) and we went off course for a short time before doubling back. This would be a great hike for a beginner or a nice evening stroll. It was also a popular bike trail. |
