I had not hiked in the Supes since February of this year, so I figured that I was overdue for this hike, which is one of my faves.

We got an early start, and there weren't many people on the trail up to the glyphs. Beyond that point we did not see anyone else all the way up to Peak 5057, and we had the peak to ourselves. On the way back there were a couple of people hanging out at the top of Hieroglyphic Canyon, but they were the only people that we saw until we got back to the glyphs.

It was an enjoyable hike, and I surprised not to see anyone else up on the ridgeline.

There was no water in Hieroglyphic Canyon.

The last time that I did this hike there was a lot of visible fire damage on the ridgeline at the top of Hieroglyphic Canyon and down below Peak 5057. Everything has really grown back now, and you'd almost never know that a fire ever occurred up there.
