Guess what I saw on the trail for the first time on my 100th triplog of the Circumference Trail....? interesting timing.

I started clockwise from the bottom of the hill below the TH. Saw about a dozen hikers, several looked like tourists. Saw a hummingbird, heard some quail. Oh, saw the same guy from my complex. Lovely temps.

WATCH: 2:19-3:20PM, 2.89 miles, 1498-1727 elevation. 135 avg bpm/160 max. 42% Zone 5 max, 36% Zone 4 anaerobic, 21% Zone 3 aerobic burning 416 calories.
Temp 62.5 sunny and 27% humidity. Much nicer than the projected low for my old home town in the deep north freeze of -50 degrees for tomorrow nite (112 degrees difference from border to border
