| no partners | | yep, an actual hike. Clockwise and varied the end by going north toward the houses and then along that path before veering slightly southwest up the hill. Witnesses were there and I see they put up a little sign now. Slight cloud cover from time to time made the hike so much more enjoyable. A few people were out and about as the parking lot was mostly full coming and going. Saw a few lizards as well and a bunny. It's amazing how green the trees seem. We've not had much rain in my 'hood but I don't know if they've had more at Lookout.
I'm trying to get a little hiking in before my road trip to MT on Jul 11 and my 3-nite Glacier backpack Jul 19-21. And if I want to extend my stay in MT my Calgary friend got a permit for a 2-niter at Glacier Aug 3-5, but that's a long time away from home.

Oh, and once in awhile, don't forget to look back at the trail you've traveled. |
