Made it to First Water trailhead at sunrise. I wanted to scout this loop again for a practice backpacking scenario. After turning left on BC trail, the trail is a little hard to follow for the first 1/2 mile or so. After that it opens up nicely with only minimal bushwhacking, but plenty of boulder hopping. There is plenty of water all along the BC trail. I counted at least 11 potential campsites as well. As usual, I saw plenty of people on the Dutchmen and 2nd water, but not a soul on BC trail.
