| no partners | | Went back up to this area to finish off the trails in the southern half. Started at 6:30am and finished at about 11am. Finished up before the hottest part of the day, but it was still pretty hot out. Going up to Union Peak was harder than it would be normally. Saw fewer overall people, but during the last mile, I saw 2 trailrunners and one other hiker. Looks like I'm not the only crazy person out in the summer.
HAZTRKS started sawtoothing and overall seemed to be off on the mileage today. By the end my phone was about to die, so the mileage was based only on my Garmin Oregon. |
