Headed out early this morning to hike to the Slickrock Basin and back. Left the Mining Camp parking lot around 0630 under heavy broken clouds and lots of humidity

so it wasn't long before I was sweating pretty good. Saw two hikers ahead of me that were heading up to the Flatiron and a group of three well behind me.... nice and quiet morning.

The trail was in good condition following the light rain from yesterday, but the slickrock areas were nasty slippery

. Once in the Basin, a fog layer developed that made it seem as though I was in the clouds

It added a new dimension to the scenery

As I headed down, I met the group of three then two others.

	A trickle of water was running down the rocks into the pool and flowing down the center of the draw.

On every trip into the Superstitions, I find another Gold Mine. Today the mine was filled with Memories. I can not wait for the next trip.
