| no partners | | Took a buddy up to the Mogollon Rim for his first time which is always fun to see any newcomers first reaction to the vast view along the edge.
I forgot to mention it in my previous triplog but since the Coldwater Fire, Rim Road 300 has been grated from the west and is currently smooth as can be compared to the jarring pothole filled ride that it’s been for past year or so.
Not to mention there was even a Waste Mangement dumpster near the highway of the western FR 300 entrance which I’ve certainly never seen before but after driving by today I can confirm it is now gone.
Record snow and the melt has gave so much more life to these canyons than I’ve seen in years prior and every one of them shows definitive signs of recent flash flooding giving them all a new look and feel as mentioned before.
I’ll spend my life attempting to explore all of the thousands of canyons and draws up here on The Rim but I’ll never come close but at least I can try! |
