pre 2nd Covid shot hike.
Wow was it crowded out there between 11 and 12. I wonder if it's like this pre-Covid and/or maybe it is Spring Break. Anyway, a nice day as I hiked counterclockwise. I saw one lizard and Fiddlenecks are starting to bloom.

The needle broke when they did the injection so not all the juice got into my arm and thus after 45 minutes of waiting at the ending tents for them to figure out how much more to give or not give me, I was finally on my way. Not a total loss as two handsome gentlemen helped with the rest of the process 😉 :lol: . Arm is not nearly as sore as from my first shot.

WATCH: 130 avg bpm, 153 max. 23% Zone 5, 38% Zone 4, 39% Zone 3 burning 378 calories. 62.5 degrees with 8% humidity at noon.
