Daniela & I started from the Tom's Thumb TH around 6:45, a little way up, just as I was noticing deer tracks along the trail, Daniela pointed off to our right and asked if that was a deer. Yep, four of them; nice to see. We took some pics and kept going up. Got to East End Trail, and down that, then west on Windgate Pass. Headed up the Tom's Thumb trail from the west, did the Lookout trail, then over to Tom's Thumb. Looked around for a few minutes, then headed back down. By then, there were some people on the trails, but I have seen it much busier.
