Thursday hike with my niece. A little breezy to start. We went counter-clockwise. I took Mia up Apache Vista Peak loop. We got to Sidewinder-Ridgeback Jct and decided to continue on Sidewinder as I thot it just wrapped around west side of Ridgeback...nope. So after 3/4 mile, we cross-countried down to Ocotillo. We immensely enjoyed the route we took to meet up with Ocotillo and headed east back to the TH. Saw about a dozen hikers and bicyclists.
Mia helped me get groceries and we had sushi, grapes and beer for dinner. Tomorrow, it's off to the Kofa Wilderness for a AZ Highways Photoscape Workshop. Using the big camera could present some issues but I'll make due. The only thing that I really can't do is tie my shoes ](https://hikearizona.com/dex2/images/smilies/eusa_wall.gif "Brick wall") .
