| partners | | Since we did not have the most fufulling day at the CC Gorge we agreed to make stop to the always beautiful Horton Creek.
Another place I usually try to avoid due to my lack of desire to go to a touristy type of location. But yet again we had this little gem all to ourselves considering it was a Tuesday and we started our walk at 5pm.
We stayed along the creek trail from the very start and I actually came across some nice little cascades that I don't remember seeing from my last visit to Horton. The very low light in combination with the vivid summer colors along the creek were making me very happy during my tripod time.
During our walk back to the SUV we debated camping nearby since we both didn't have to work until the afternoon the following day but the fact campfire restrictions started that day it was a sign to go home! What's camping without a campfire? |
