Still trying to get to bed earlier and to rise earlier; a work in progress. Needed a little elevation so put together this loop and actually added more at the end as it was too early to drink my beer. The theme today: "Palo Verde buzzing." I had one bee hit my hand hard but it flew on. I saw 7 or 8 lizards and about a dozen hikers. The light breeze was so nice and stayed cool for my entire hike.

WATCH: 7.03 miles (low point 1684, high point 2131) avg 127 bpm, 154 max (2% Zone 4 Anaerobic, 34% Zone 3 Aerobic, 55% Zone 2 Weight Control and 9% Zone 1 Low intensity) burning 870 calories. 60.7 degrees and sunny with 32% humidity and Mother Nature's fan was working nicely finishing at 9:37AM
